Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to RaiseUp Learning Solutions for training programs and related services. By completing a transaction, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. General Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.


2. Classroom Training Programs

  • A full refund is available if a written request is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • If the request is received less than 14 days before the start date, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted.
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has officially commenced.
  • Failure to attend without prior written notice ("No Show") does not qualify for a refund.

3. Live Online Training

  • Participants may request a full refund before the first live session begins.
  • No refunds will be granted after attendance of the first session.
  • Technical issues related to the participant's device or internet connection do not qualify for refunds.

4. Recorded / On-Demand Courses

Due to immediate access to digital content:

  • All recorded or on-demand course purchases are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued or content has been accessed.

5. Course Cancellation or Postponement by RaiseUp

If RaiseUp Learning Solutions cancels or postpones a course:

Participants may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • Transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

RaiseUp shall not be liable for indirect costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).


6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Participants agree to contact RaiseUp Learning Solutions directly to resolve any payment-related concerns before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of access
  • Legal recovery of disputed amounts
  • Applicable administrative fees

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

  • Withdrawal after program commencement
  • Partial attendance
  • Failure to meet technical requirements for participation
  • Dissatisfaction for reasons related to personal expectations that do not conflict with the published course description
