By registering for any of our training programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and RaiseUp Learning Solutions.
1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of RaiseUp's website, online and in-person training services, and related platforms.
- RaiseUp Learning Solutions reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Enrollment & Attendance
- Enrollment in any RaiseUp program is subject to seat availability and confirmation of payment.
- Trainees are required to attend sessions regularly and maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to qualify for certification.
- Attendance is monitored daily, whether onsite or online.
- Exceeding the absence limit without a valid justification may result in disqualification from certification.
3. Code of Conduct
- All trainees must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct of any kind will result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.
- Recording sessions or sharing training materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Facilities & Equipment
- Training equipment and labs are for educational use only.
- Altering system settings, installing unauthorized software, or misusing equipment is not permitted.
- Any damage caused to equipment or facilities will be the responsibility of the trainee.
5. Payment, Refunds & Postponements
- The minimum reservation amount is 100% of the full course price.
- Full payment must be completed on or before the first training session.
- Requests to postpone participation in a course will incur a 25% administrative fee of the total cost.
- Course cancellations before 50% of the course duration will incur a 75% deduction from the total cost.
- No refunds are applicable after confirming the course start date.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within four weeks of the official course start date.
6. Certifications & Completion
- Certificates are issued only to trainees who successfully meet the attendance, participation, and assessment criteria.
- RaiseUp reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance, unpaid fees, or misconduct.
- International certifications are subject to the terms and regulations of their respective accrediting bodies.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and digital assets provided by RaiseUp are protected by copyright laws.
- Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of any material without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- RaiseUp Learning Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- We do not guarantee job placement; however, our training is designed to enhance employability and professional growth.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- RaiseUp values your privacy and handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal information collected during registration is used solely for training management, communication, and certification purposes.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where RaiseUp Learning Solutions is headquartered.
- In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or as per applicable legal processes.
By registering, enrolling, or engaging with any RaiseUp Learning Solutions service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Trainee Guidelines associated with your enrollment.
